{"id":38507,"date":"2021-04-30T18:06:10","date_gmt":"2021-04-30T18:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/solidaridadintergeneracional.es\/wp\/?p=38507"},"modified":"2021-04-30T18:06:10","modified_gmt":"2021-04-30T18:06:10","slug":"los-beneficios-del-descanso-intermitente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/solidaridadintergeneracional.es\/wp\/los-beneficios-del-descanso-intermitente\/","title":{"rendered":"Los beneficios del descanso intermitente."},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 class=\"subtitle\">Descansar cada dos horas reporta m\u00faltiples beneficios a nuestro organismo.<\/h5>\n<p>Olga Selma<\/p>\n<p>El descanso intermitente es una tendencia de bienestar, como lo es el ayuno intermitente, que permite recuperar la energ\u00eda del cuerpo entre los ciclos de actividad.\u00a0En nuestra cultura siempre activa, practicar un\u00a0descanso intermitente consistente en\u00a0<strong>parar\u00a0al final de cada ciclo natural de productividad<\/strong>, puede que no est\u00e9 bien considerado, pero seg\u00fan los expertos esta t\u00e9cnica aporta m\u00faltiples beneficios a nuestro cuerpo y mente.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan las investigaciones,\u00a0<strong>el cuerpo humano trabaja con ritmos biol\u00f3gicos predecibles a lo largo del d\u00eda<\/strong>. Como el ritmo circadiano, que regula las respuestas del cuerpo a la luz del d\u00eda y la oscuridad, o\u00a0los ritmos ultradianos\u00a0con los que se produce\u00a0la liberaci\u00f3n de hormonas, el ritmo card\u00edaco, la ventilaci\u00f3n pulmonar, o la termorregulaci\u00f3n corporal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20 minutos cada dos horas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo, seg\u00fan los investigadores,\u00a0<strong>el\u00a0cerebro puede concentrarse de forma \u00f3ptima de 90 a 120 minutos<\/strong>, despu\u00e9s de este tiempo, necesita un descanso\u00a0ya que se produce una\u00a0<strong>ca\u00edda natural de energ\u00eda de alrededor de 20 minutos<\/strong>, lo que indica que es un buen momento para parar.<\/p>\n<p>La idea es que durante nuestras horas de vigilia el cuerpo necesita tomar descansos para recargar la energ\u00eda, ya que trabajar sin descanso y tratar de ser productivo en un flujo continuo nos agota y no es realmente productivo.<\/p>\n<p>Todos podemos percibir cambios regulares de energ\u00eda y estado de \u00e1nimo a lo largo del d\u00eda, y es por ello, que el\u00a0descanso intermitente nos anima a seguir este ritmo natural y tomar un descanso de 15-20 minutos al final de cada ciclo, para permitir que la mente y el cuerpo se recalibren\u00a0<strong>realizando\u00a0una limpieza del\u00a0organismo\u00a0y una desconexi\u00f3n\u00a0del\u00a0estado de alerta constante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"Mobile_3\" class=\"banner\" data-banner=\"Mobile_3\" data-size=\"mobile\"><\/div>\n<p>La recomendaci\u00f3n de esta\u00a0t\u00e9cnica contempla el\u00a0descanso, es decir\u00a0parar de hacer lo que estamos haciendo. No se trata de ir acumulando siestas a lo largo del d\u00eda, sino descansar. Y para ello, debemos\u00a0tener en cuenta que\u00a0<strong>descansar no siempre significa dormir<\/strong>. Sino que, al final de cada ciclo, podemos hacer un descanso de nuestra actividad f\u00edsica, del trabajo, del uso de la tecnolog\u00eda o\u00a0cualquier otra cosa que nos mantenga concentrados.<\/p>\n<p>Durante este breve descanso,\u00a0<strong>nos dedicaremos a no hacer nada<\/strong>: divagar, regar las plantas, jugar con nuestra mascota, dar un paseo,\u00a0meditar\u00a0o simplemente sentarnos y prestar\u00a0atenci\u00f3n a la respiraci\u00f3n.
